Has anyone had a blind adoption of Kazakhstan?
I know that in international adoption from Kazakhstan, is a staunch approval which means you do not see the child or have any information about himself before going to pick up the child in place. Has anyone gone through this process or friend? All the details about what is happening would be great. Thanks. Details such as the center shows some children then you can choose what you want adopt children or who have already chosen someone for you?
I know that Ukraine has a program like that. The adoptive family makes their case to the government then the government Ukrainan invited the family to come to Ukraine. They are introduced to a number of other small children and have to make a decision. Personally, I do not think I could have done that. We have adopted from Liberia, through the more usual process of receiving a referral.
