there is a program to support local families in Bangor, ME with the name "Good Samaritan Agency Recently I discovered that an adoption program, but I can not find anything about it. nobody knows about it? are the subject of complaints about this? functions as a regular adoption agency, or as a family?
This seems to be a website for them. Even if they have adoption services, focusing primarily on keep intact families (read your history and services). ETA lived in Maine 10 years, during my research on the adoption never have met in terms of adoption services.
