if you adopt a child from an adoption center that you have to pay for the child or the child is released when that is suitable for adoption?
You are not "buy" a child. The fees payable are the fees on the cost to this agency to find child (documents, events, legal fees, etc.) As an aside, the question is disgusting. Would not it be better to rephrase.

I have a close friend who was in and out of schools making the most of his life, and it was not very nice. I know that adoption is expensive for those who wish to adopt, but I have a curiosity about the rate of abuse in adoption. Does anyone know the percentage of children abused or in an adoption agency or after being approved? Or something to say about this?
Dear Unknown, this is a great Q that I fear, no a solid answer. No comprehensive study was conducted on what I know. (I sought the answer to this for a while.) Adopters who abuse or kill (I refuse to call beasts "Parents.") Is something that I think needs to be investigated further. There was an ugly rash of recent cases – most of which were adopted by many (including some with special needs) and the collection of benefits by the adoption adopters – In one case, a total of nearly 1.5 million. (Benefits are paid to adoptive families for help pay for medical care or treatment of children with special needs. (Those who do not believe this is happening can find FL) Months years have had these cases in the news: ynn Paddock – North Carolina, Ramon and Janet Barreto – TN, Shirley Allen. – IT & Judith Leekin – NY /. (A new research will provide the gory details …) I hope that the future of adoptions are a real look at why these cases are there and how they can be avoided. Here is a link to a Q resolved even with an excellent response that he would like to read: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20060911091537AARi7Q7 A study in 2003: "Three quarters (78.2%) of deaths of children caused by one or more parents .. Almost one third (30.5%) deaths were committed by the mother alone were not parents authors (eg, other parents in relationship, parenting, residential facility staff, other guardian, legal, etc.) were responsible for 17.7 percent of accidents fatal. "Http: / / www.aswaterspassingby.org / statistics.html here is a link to the CASA / GAL statistics pages: http://www.casanet.org/library/abuse/abuse-stats98.htm AMFORA has a page dedicated to information on adopters who kill ": http://www. Amfor.net / KillerAdopters / Y was a place called something like "PoundPuppyLegacy" which was a page in memory of children killed or abused by their adoptive There was a study published in May this year reached the conclusion that children are 77% more likely to be abused in a home that includes one of the nonbiological parent. (The study is based on forensic reports "and focused on the children very well, but some had been "adopted" by her stepfather.) You can read here http://www.familyfirst.org.nz/index.cfm/Media_Centre/ Media_Releases/Releases/09_05_08_Child_Abuse_Rate_Affected_by_Family_Structure.html/09_05_08_Child_Abuse_Rate_Affected_by_Family_Structure.pdf I know that none of these gives a Difinition response but help to demonstrate that it is the case – too often. (IMO, again, is too often.) As a new parent is my greatest fear. If ever I found that my children had been harmed by people who promised me love, not pity me. NEVER. My heart bleeds for poor children who have suffered and hope that those who lost their lives in the remaining deeper peace. I hope some day the child abuse in all its forms is the horror of the past. Thanks for asking this. I have to bring a handkerchief …
