World Child Adoption

Apparently, Madonna has been some controversy about its recent adoption of an African child .. Young?
Apparently, she donated six million dollars, and the Community to which the child comes from (Mawali, Africa) and there are plenty of regaurding contreversy or knowingly accepted the parent adoption. My question is: Should we work in the United States to eradicate the problems of poverty and orphaned children in our own country before making overseas? Me people like to compare all against the war say that we should stop "concern" for other countries when we have (both in terms of question of drugs, poverty, orphans) in the front. So I agree that Madonna and Brangelina's world should be able to live life the way they choose.
I still think the same as you. If we take care of the less fortunate in this country before going to save the world. According to the new Madonna wanted to adopt a youth center of the city as a CA, but Brangelina convinced him otherwise. I have to save a child from a life of poverty and disease is noble, but why it became trend in Hollywood? I can not help thinking that for advertising. Why not concerned about children who need homes in the U.S.? You do not necessarily have to adopt a child in this country for help. There are a variety of ways to raise a child without the crowds and charities.
